Stop Snoring and Sleep Apnoea
Snoring can be an indicator of a serious underlying condition also known as Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). This can happen if there is a blockage of your airway which means your body will react with spasms as a result of the lack of oxygen. This means you are not having full deep sleeps through the night.
