Low Dose, Digital Radiographs
At my.dentist.nq we prefer to use low dose digital radiographs, as they use 90% less radiation than standard dental radiographs. In addition to using less radiation the images are accessible instantly on our computers so we can view and analyse them straight away
CEREC
CEREC is a computer-aided restoration technology that can create natural looking restorations (crowns, inlays and onlays) in one visit to your dentist instead of taking two or more visits.
The process includes taking a 3D image of your tooth, then the CEREC machine can design and create the tooth’s restoration from a block of porcelain ceramic within that same visit. This newly milled restoration is then attached to the remains of the original tooth with bonding adhesive.
